The motivation and the dream that is waiting to be accomplished. An issue that matters to me is [youth] leadership. As I observed the leadership pursuits of my peers, I saw how easily good intentioned-leaders became corrupted leaders, and how charismatic leaders became narcissistic. Some leaders that I admire in history are Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, and Nelson Mandela who not only voiced the many injustices against people of African descent, but who also called for equality for all.
